Terms of service

The rules for ordering from Raid Relay, in plain language.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1. Who we are

Raid Relay (“we”, “us”) runs raidrelay.com and arranges Aion 2 Global boosting on NA and JP servers. Most orders are played on your account by independent pilots we assign to your order. We also offer carries, where you play your own character and one of our players helps you through the content. We are responsible to you for your order, including refunds under these terms. Contact us at [email protected].

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSOFT. Aion is a trademark of NCSOFT Corporation.

2. These terms

  • By sending a request or approving a final price, you agree to these terms, our Guarantee & refunds and our Privacy policy.
  • Your approved final price may include terms for that order. If they differ from these terms, the order’s terms apply to that order.
  • We may update these terms. The version in force when you approved your final price applies to that order.
  • You must be 18 or older and the holder of the game account you order for.

3. Game rules and account risk

Letting another person play your account may be against the game’s terms of service. By ordering, you accept that risk. We take the precautions described on our site, but we can’t guarantee your account won’t be suspended, restricted or banned. What we refund if that happens is set out in Guarantee & refunds.

4. How an order works

  1. You send a request with your character name and goals, in a Discord ticket (fastest) or through the form on our site. The form also asks for your email, so we can send you your private order page. Sending a request doesn’t reserve a pilot or a time slot.
  2. We check pilot availability and send your final price, scope and timing, valid until the date shown.
  3. Nothing is due until you approve it. Once you approve and pay, we agree session times and your pilot starts.
  4. Changes to the scope need a new final price that you approve first.
  5. At handover we send you a summary of what was done, with screenshots. If a pilot played your account, you then change your password.

Timings are our best estimate. Game maintenance, updates and server problems can cause delays we can’t control; we tell you as soon as we know.

5. Payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. We accept PayPal invoice, Zelle and USDT. Zelle is 2% off and USDT is 4% off, shown in your final price.
  • Work starts once your payment has arrived and we’ve checked it. Big orders can be paid per milestone; each milestone is paid before its work starts.
  • PayPal’s buyer protection applies under PayPal’s own rules. Zelle and USDT payments can’t be reversed by your bank or the network; refunds for them come from us.
  • Personal pilot hours and daily quest pack days are prepaid and can be used for 180 days after payment.

6. Your login

This applies when a pilot plays your account. Carries don’t need your login.

  • You share your login once, privately, after payment: in your private Discord ticket, where we delete the message as soon as your pilot has it, or through a one-time link we email you. Never in a form, an email thread or a public channel.
  • If your account uses a login code or authenticator, we agree with you how each session is handled.
  • Please stay logged out during your pilot’s agreed sessions. Between sessions, play as normal.
  • Don’t change your password during the order without telling us; sessions missed because of it count as used.
  • Change your password after handover.

7. What your pilot does and doesn’t do

  • Plays only the agreed scope, in the agreed sessions.
  • Sends screenshots after every session, or streams live on request.
  • Never trades, sells items or spends premium currency, and never chats with your friends or legion.
  • Never uses cheats, bots or third-party programs, and never changes your account settings, email or payment details.

8. What we ask of you

  • Give us accurate details about your server, character and progress.
  • Keep your login and private order link to yourself.
  • Treat our staff and pilots with respect.

9. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel at any time. What you get back is set out in Guarantee & refunds. In short: a full refund before your pilot starts, and a refund of the unused part after that.

10. When we may decline or stop an order

We may decline any request. We may stop an order if these terms are broken, if the login is shared publicly, if you repeatedly play during agreed sessions, or if continuing would clearly put your account at risk. If we stop, we refund the part that wasn’t done.

11. Your results and reviews

We only publish your results, screenshots or reviews with your permission, with names and chat blurred.

12. Our responsibility

  • As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for actions the game’s publisher takes on your account, or for lost items, currency, progress or account value, beyond the refunds in our Guarantee & refunds.
  • As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded, or limits our responsibility for fraud.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, and the state and federal courts in Massachusetts handle any dispute. This doesn’t remove consumer protections that apply where you live.
