Before you order
How is my price worked out?
Each service has a starting price. Your final price depends on your progress and goal, and you approve it before anything is due.
Which servers do you cover?
Aion 2 Global servers. Tell us your region and server when you send your request. We agree session times with you before your order starts.
Discord or email?
Either. Discord gets the fastest replies. Your price, payment and progress are also on your private order page, and we email you from [email protected].
Is boosting against the game’s rules?
It may be. Letting another person play your account can break the game’s terms of service. See how we handle your account for the precautions we take.
Can I play while my order is running?
Please stay logged out during your pilot’s agreed sessions. Between sessions, play as normal.
What if my order isn’t finished?
If we can’t complete your order, we refund the part that wasn’t done.
How do I know I’m talking to real staff?
We only email from [email protected]. On Discord, check #verify-staff for the exact usernames. We only discuss orders inside your private ticket.
When does my order start?
We agree a start time once we’ve confirmed a pilot. Sending a request doesn’t reserve a slot.
